We do have a few guidelines for dogs, including the number and size of dogs allowed, so let us know if you’re bringing your furry friend so that we can ensure everything is arranged for their stay.
When you make a booking that requires advance payment, we’ll send you an email with a payment link. Once payment has been made, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email.
If you have booked directly with us, you can change or cancel your reservation here. For making changes to any other bookings, please contact your travel agent.
If you arrive before check-in, we’ll do everything we can to get your room ready as quickly as possible, and you can always store your bags in our luggage room. If you’d like a later checkout, please let your host know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We do not have our own parking garage. However, as a guest at Jan Luyken, you can enjoy a special rate of €42.50 per day at Q-Park Museumplein (Museum Square), only six minutes from our townhouse. You can make your reservation here.

If you would like to arrive from or depart to Schiphol Airport by taxi, regular taxi fares start from 40 euros for one to four persons in a car and from 45 euros for vans accommodating five to eight persons.
